Shipping Policy

Shipping Time: 

Orders once placed will be processed within 3 working days. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days of the dispatch date. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case you do not receive the order within the number of days mentioned above, please notify us at pinenaturals.in@gmail.com or call us at +91 9967006747.

Our working hours for logistics are 10 am- 6 pm, Monday to Friday. This means that the order placed on Saturday will be shipped on the next Monday. 

Tracking your Order:

As soon as the orders are processed, you will get an automated email on the provided email id from our courier partner - Shiprocket. The mail will include the tracking details as well as the ETA of your order. You will also receive a WhatsApp notification. If the order is undelivered due to your unavailability, there will be three attempts from our courier partner before the order is returned. Please make sure you answer the call when the product shows 'out for delivery' 

Shipping charges will be free for all orders above Rs. 499 

COD is available on most pin codes across India. In any case of an unavailability of COD service by our courier partners in your Pin code, we will notify you with alternate payment method availability.
